Lakeside Village Resort in Morgan is a privately owned marina and campground. It closed as of January, 2012. It had boat slips, camp sites and cabins for rent and a fishing barge. There was a store in the marina and it sold gas. There appeared to be cabins and a motel.
These photos were taken on two different dates, August 22, 2011 and February 4, 2012. The lake level on August 22, 2011 was 522 feet or 13 feet low. The February 4, 2012 photos were taken when the lake level was 527 feet 7 1/2 inches or 5 feet 4 1/2 inches low. As of March 14, 2012 the lake was just a little over normal pool of 533 feet. You can use your judgment to estimate the ramp usefulness at the current time.
Ramp at 13 feet low or Lake Level of 522 feet:

The marina itself does not appear to have a boat ramp, but there is a public ramp off to the left side and it appears to be a standard Corps of Engineering concrete ramp. However, the ramp is currently a 100 feet or more from the lake. The lake area around the ramp is quite shallow. I would guess the lake would have to be at a depth of 528 or greater in order for the ramp to be useful. There is plenty of free public parking at this ramp and there is no launch fee. The ramp area appears to be outside the marina property and is open access.

The ramp was closed along with the Marina the day we took these pictures. We are not sure if the ramp is closed until the Marina reopens or not.
