You can also find a playground here for kids to play on. If you are looking for a great place to camp during the spring and summer months, you cannot go wrong with Loafers Bend West on Lake Whitney.
The facilities here are top notch and exactly what you would expect from a park on Lake Whitney. If you can get away for a weekend on the lake, this is a great choice to visit. There is great fishing from the bank here as well.
